Sorry for the super long post but I guess I gotta start from the beginning haha. So a little bit of history/backstory: I’ve always had irregular periods since I got my first period at 12. After my first ever period ended (which was a heavy period), I didn’t get it again after 4 months and then I got it again and it was super heavy again and that’s when I got extremely painful cramps that would practically only go away after vomiting. These cramps would last for about 30 mins. And after that I would occasionally get painful cramps but my period stayed heavy. Until I was maybe 17 or 18 after I moved to a different country my period started getting normal/medium flow and I stopped getting painful cramps, just normal cramp. Between the ages of 18 - 20 I only had those painful cramps twice and it was always in the month of June and one was triggered by having ice cream and the other just happened on its own and after about 40 mins, I puked and it slowly goes away. I haven’t had those kind of cramps in 2 years but as usual my period is still irregular where I sometimes miss a month. One time when I was 17, I didn’t get my period for 3 months then I got it and I just bled for 18 days (wasn’t pregnant cause I wasn’t sexually active yet). I went to a doctor and got tested for PCOS but I came back negative, afterwards they sent me to a gyno. I went got a blood test to see if there was anything else but she said there wasn’t anything concerning I guess. Didn’t get a follow up appointment with the gyno cause she was being super rude and impatient with me and would cut me off whenever I was explaining something. My period would come every month after that (with maybe missing a month like twice a year). This year at the end of January, I got my period as usual then got it again 2 weeks later but I hear that can happen if you have irregular periods and can only be a problem if it happens again, which it didn’t, but now, my last period was April 2nd to 6th. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Are these signs of endometriosi? I also barely get cramps lately submitted by /u/Additional-Egg6268 [link] [comments]
