I'll play devil's advocate here and say that if you're on a strict budget, you've probably got the money for food, but certain items, even cheap frozen pizza, are too expensive. I've been there, it's rough. That said, you don't then hype your kids up with "hey, maybe the internet will get you pizza!" only for their hopes to be dashed. (If this guy even has kids and isn't just wanting a pizza for himself.)
