Surgery done yesterday. Found Stage 2 endo on my ovaries, deep underneath my uterus, my bladder (never had bladder or UTI issues), my rectum (never had constipation/diarrhea/butt lightning/painful stools), and uterosacral ligament. I'm not a "typical" endo patient. I only had painful periods and crazy GI bloat. It would have been so easy to gaslight myself, say it's not that bad, keep pursuing the same treatments that clearly weren't working. But I took (my best educated) chance and it was there.
