6/12/26 - $pltr - Flipping my viewPalantir Technologies Inc. Class ANASDAQ:PLTRVROCKSTAR6/12/26 :: VROCKSTAR :: PLTR Flipping my view - after total denial i'm not sure if i'm not flipping bullish at (also) the exact wrong time, but it's hard to have watched this for so long and not been in total awe about what's been built. - when i bought in the low teens and dumped it shortly thereafter for a pretty gain, i thought "nicely done"... then it rallied 10x from there. - even last year, i'm looking at this going "wtf is happening"... and they not only grew by 50%... they grew by 100%. - and i'm quickly learning that agentic-first, context-first builders are going to absolutely crush skulls in the coming 5y - i suppose it's hard to have a bullish view and reconcile that with the covert/ black ops (perhaps worse than that) work the companies does for the USG. sure. i can even counterpoint my counterpoint. - i'm obviously not a fan of alex, even though what he's built is tremendous. sometime you need a cult leader to break paradigms and persist. he is this. sigh. - but when i look at many other software names, it's just... hard to find any of them that really seem obvious. i keep coming back to VEEV, NOW and CRM even though it's increasingly just VEEV which is a 3.5% of book as of writing. - because when i compare with SBET, $nvda... $vst... the opportunity cost is just obvious. - so are the multiples on pltr obvious. no. - would i prefer to own this thing closer to $100 or double digit? yes, who wouldn't. - but when you're compounding 50% a year (and it only seems they continue to surpass this mark, quarter after quarter... and why would it stop, actually)... valuation is probably reasonable here. - so while not a big position, more of admission of being wrong, i'm warming up to this being one of the few software names in the next 3-5Y that's ownable and likely starting to get to value territory. as software works, it's probably the one with the best beta on the upside, and a stickier bid on the downside too. time will tell and that's important to observe.
