Gautam S Adani will step down as Executive Chairman of Adani Ports. The change is effective from August 5, 2025. He will transition to Non-Executive Chairman. Consequently, he will no longer be key managerial personnel. Manish Kejriwal has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director. His term will be for an initial period of three years.
