A Makerere University student has been sentenced to two months in prison after pleading guilty to charges of offensive communication against President Museveni and Speaker of Parliament Anita Among.Elson Tumwine, a finalist at Uganda’s oldest public university, reappeared in court on Friday after previously going missing while interning in Hoima.
