The Jubilant Bhartia Group on July 23 announced that group company Jubilant Beverages closed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings (HCCH), the parent company of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), the largest bottler for The Coca-Cola Company in India.
