A shallow magnitude 6.0 earthquake was reported early evening near Balikesir, Turkey.According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), the quake hit on Sunday, August 10th, 2025, at 7:53 pm local time at a shallow depth of 10. km.
