Andrew Falzon’s mother, Maria, and Jon Mallia have taken to Facebook to announce his funeral details and to invite all who knew him to celebrate his life.The funeral will be taking place on Thursday 14th August at 2pm at the Ibraġ parish church.“Andrew was not one for formal wear and uncomfortable clothing. He would probably show up in shorts and t-shirt to his own funeral (especially in this heat). Therefore, you may ditch the formal wear and come even in short sleeves or t-shirts if you wish,” wrote Maria Falzon on Facebook.She also said that black is not mandatory and requested that no flowers are donated saying that she prefers that donations are made to Step Up For Parkinsons instead.Jon Mallia posted the funeral arrangements with Andrew’s family’s permission. Mallia invited all who knew Andrew to join him at a bar to celebrate and share the memories they have of Andrew.
