After looking at her current setup (multiple overpriced lines, redundant services, and a phone payment plan that makes payday loan interest look modest), I mapped out an easy solution: • Switch to T-Mobile • Consolidate her lines & ditch redundant services • Take advantage of promotions she actually qualifies for • Keep all her existing numbers • Drop her bill by $300–$350 every single month I literally triple-confirmed with sales agents, promotions specialists, and customer service. It’s the best option, hands down. Ellen’s response? “I don’t believe you. I don’t believe them. I don’t believe customer service.” Cool.
