Nominations for the 2025 Emmy Awards were announced today, and HBO's The Last of Us--based on Naughty Dog's video game series--scored numerous nods.The Last of Us was one of the most-nominated series this year, picking up 16 total nominations, compared to 24 for Season 1. Pedro Pascal (Joel) was nominated for Best Actor, despite only appearing in three of the season's episodes. Bella Ramsey (Ellie) nabbed the Best Actress nomination, while Kaitlyn Dever (Abby), Catherine O'Hara (Gail), Jeffrey Wright (Isaac), and Joe Pantoliano (Eugene) also scored nominations.
