Conducts literature reviews and prepares and completes summary reports and presentations. Assists in data clean-up, quality control steps, and process, and statistical analyses to support research and development. Specific areas of research related to residency selection may include, but are not limited to: evaluating job markets, understanding the role of geography in the market, studying how signaling mechanisms influence applicant behavior and affect market efficiency, and designing and evaluating solutions related to algorithmic decision-making. Responsibilities: Supports Research :Conduct literature reviews for medical education, assessment, measurement, organizational psychology, and microeconomics-related topics. Assist in data up and quality control processes. Contribute to analysis plans, conduct advanced statistical analyses, provide and interpret detailed output files, tables, and figures, and identify key takeaways to support research questions. Assemble and prepare reports and presentations to describe findings.
