KUALA LUMPUR: A wholly-owned subsidiary of CBH Engineering Holding Bhd has secured a contract for the deisgn and build of an electrical supply system for a 275kV/13.8kV consumer substation (CS) for a proposed data centre in Selangor. In a filing with the stock exchange, the group said CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd had secured the RM172mil contract from an unnamed employer, which did not provide consent for disclosure to this announcement. The job comprises the supply, erect, install, testing and commissioning of all substation equipment and associated civil works for the electrical supply system for the CS. The contract is effective for 14 months from the date of commencement, July 11, 2025, until the estimated completion date of Sept 10, 2026. Read full story
