A former minister, Majithia, was arrested on June 25 in connections in connection with a Rs 540-crore disproportionate assets (DA) case linked to alleged drug money laundering. In judicial custody, he is lodged in the Nabha jail.In the petition, filed through Advocate Arshdeep Singh Kler, Majithia has sought to be kept in ‘orange category” facility.As per jail manual, orange category indicates a high-risk and high-threat profile.
