A new report by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) reveals a significant surge in declared incomes of registered unrecognised political parties, witnessing a 223% spike in 2022-23. However, over 73% of these parties failed to publicly disclose their financial records. Gujarat-based parties reported the highest collective income, raising concerns about transparency and regulatory oversight.
