He stated that the incident took place between 6.30 and 6.40 am while he was traveling in his car towards Mohali.According to the complaint, a white car with a Punjab number plate suddenly pulled in front of Bhasin’s vehicle near Garm Dharam TDI, Sector 117, and slowed down on the slip road.
