The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) said that Hamas affiliates are behind a deadly crowd crush at an aid distribution site in Khan Younis on July 16. Twenty Palestinians died in the incident, including one person who was stabbed to death. In a related incident at the site, an American medic belonging to the GHF was wounded by a Hamas affiliate.
