"We should be doing Rs 1,200-crore plus of revenues in FY26."During the six years between April 2024 and March 2030, the real estate developer is targeting a cumulative profit after tax of Rs 2,000 crore, which works out to about 18-19% of after-tax margins, the top executive underlined. adding that it is a "significant improvement from our historical profit margin profile".The company’s total stock, including sold and unsold units, is currently valued at an estimated Rs 11,000 crore. Out of this, stock worth Rs 4,500 crore has already been sold, leaving an unsold inventory of around Rs 6,500 crore.A key strategic shift for the company is a greater pivot towards senior living projects, according to Gupta. "These both should get launched in the third quarter of this financial year or maybe the fourth quarter if they slip," he added.  The top executive noted that while there have been secular price increases across markets, the demand-supply equation remains favourable. "Our average price last quarter was Rs 7,200 per square foot," he said, adding that the company operates across various price points, from Rs 4,000 up to Rs 15,000 per square foot."I think prices are holding up well and they should continue to move up across markets. The supply side continues to remain constrained," he commented on the price trends. However, Gupta admitted that the pace of price hikes would likely be "slower than before".WatchZydus Wellness Targets 17-18% Ebitda Margin By FY27.
