Currently breastfeeding mom here. Momcozy brand is expensive. It’s a nice to have and not a must have. You can get cheaper ice packs from a grocery store and put inside a container to keep the milk cool for a little while. Silverettes? Oooh. Fancy. I use $10 nipple cream.
