A brand-new attraction opened at EPCOT on August 28, 2025, but it’s only available for three months as part of the International Food & Wine Festival. Here’s what Walt Disney World Resort guests need to know. On Monday, Inside the Magic reported that signs of a new playground had appeared in a flex space in the World Discovery neighborhood at EPCOT. This flex space near Creations Shop opened in early 2025 and first hosted a Stormalong Bay-themed playground during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. The construction earlier this week made it look like some kind of nature-themed play space would be part of the International Food & Wine Festival this year. According to WDWNT, the play area features artificial turf, shaded canopies, and fall-themed landscaping. It also features faux hollow logs, mushroom steps, and other wood-themed climbing structures for guests to enjoy. First day of the festival has us feeling like . The Harvest Hallow playground is attached to the Global Marketplaces area, which includes the Forest & Field, Milled & Mulled, and Bramblewood Bites kiosks. These fall-themed EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival booths debuted in 2024 and returned this year with expanded lore featuring woodland creatures like Squirrel and Fox. There are faux gardens, a kitchen set-up, and an apple mill, all made to look like the animal creatures who tend to the space just stepped away for a moment. The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs from August 28 through November 22, 2025. The Harvest Hallow playground should be available to Disney Park guests for the entirety of the festival season. Have you checked out the Harvest Hollow Playground yet?
