Two Intermediate students, both aged 17, were found dead a day apart at their respective residences in Vanasthalipuram.According to an officer, a boy from Sharda Nagar, studying second year at a junior college in Dilsukhnagar, was found dead at his residence on Tuesday night. “The exact reasons for his death are yet to be confirmed,” said the officer. Meanwhile, on Wednesday, his close friend and a junior studying in the same college, from Sama Nagar, visited his house and broke down after seeing his body. “Later that night, she too died by hanging at her residence,” added the officer.The Vanasthalipuram police said investigations are underway into the case. The bodies were handed back to their families for final rites after an autopsy at Gandhi Hospital.
