The Competition Commission of India has approved Adani Group's acquisition of Jaiprakash Associates. The deal involves up to 100% shareholding by Adani Enterprises and related entities. JAL is currently in a corporate insolvency resolution process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
