Police have registered FIRs in both the incidents.According to the police, the first fatal accident occurred on August 22 around 11.01 am when Om Parkash, a resident of Sector 25, was hit near Kiran Taxi Stand, Sector 38 (West), by an unidentified Activa rider. At the time, Om Parkash was riding his two-wheeler (Activa scooter). He sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Government Multi Speciality Hospital, Sector 16, where he later succumbed to his injuries.An FIR under sections 281, 125(B), and 106(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) has been registered at the police station in Maloya. The case is under investigation, police said.In another incident, a woman pedestrian was injured after being hit by a Swift car near the Flower Market, Sector 35, on August 17 around 8 pm.
