Organisers said the tokening and hall allocation measures helped maintain order while allowing the fair to continue at pace, and urged job seekers to follow instructions issued at the venue for a smooth experience.Organisers of the Rozgar Mahakumbh 2025 at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow introduced a token system on Wednesday after an overwhelming turnout of job seekers on the event’s second day, and moved candidates into separate halls to manage crowds more effectively.The changes came as officials sought to reduce congestion while continuing large-scale recruitment drives across sectors.The government said 7,479 candidates were selected on Wednesday, including 6,947 for jobs within India and 532 for positions with 22 companies in the United Arab EmiratesWith these selections, the total number of recruits from the first two days stands at 9,297. Officials said they expect total recruitments to exceed 15,000 by the close of the third and final day of this phase.Chief Minister’s advisor Awanish Awasthi visited the venue around 5pm to review arrangements and praised the improved management.
