‘What are they hiding?’: Fresh photos of Trump’s diseased hands emerge, and it’s not looking good

Wait 5 sec.

Something is up with the president’s hands. Donald Trump‘s hands have long been a subject of fascination for the nation, but especially so over the last few months as strange swellings and discoloration became visible in press photos. The White House was forced to make an official statement, dismissing the marks as the effect of Trump shaking too many hands each day. And, if you didn’t buy that, they added that he’s also taking aspirin as part of a standard cardiovascular prevention regimen. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt still insists the marks are due to Trump’s extensive interactions with people, saying he “meets more Americans and shakes their hands on a daily basis than any other president in history.” He's receiving daily intravenous treatments and no one in the media is the least bit curious why because he's so gosh darn funny. https://t.co/hy8FAtHSAC— Everything Price Sufferer (but especially eggs) (@agraybee) August 23, 2025 X users have other theories as to what’s happening. User @graybee thinks it’s clear Trump is receiving daily intravenous treatments, which would be administered via a drip. Unfortunately, if so, that could cover any number of things: from fighting a chronic infection, to pain management, to cancer treatment. Another with experience in body paint simply observes that whoever’s trying to cover this up is doing a terrible job, that there’s no effort to blend, and they’re “just slapping heavy concealer on it.” I used to cover tattoos when I worked as a body painter for Webster Hall. One of the challenges of covering that bruise is the color of his hands – they’re quite red and uneven. Regardless this is a terrible makeup job. They are just slapping heavy concealer on it. https://t.co/UrkcyJAzal— Decoding Fox News (@DecodingFoxNews) August 23, 2025 Sure won’t be long for him now Many are simply predicting that the end is coming for Trump and that his body is “necrotizing”. Keith Olbermann called attention to both his hands and his face, which do appear a little different lately. Verdicts from the crowd are diabetes, congestive heart failure, or the consequences of a series of “mini-strokes”. You can’t reliably diagnose someone with a medical condition from a couple of photos, even if you are a doctor (and random people on X are not exactly the finest source of medical advice). Even so, there genuinely does seem to be something up with Trump. For the first time, he’s been talking about his own mortality and openly wondering whether he’s going to get into heaven. Maybe it really is time to begin psychologically preparing for President JD Vance.
