Actor Sonu Sood has sold his apartment in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, for Rs. 8.10 crore. He earned a profit of Rs 3 crore by selling the the high-end property, that spans 1247 sq ft. According to property registration documents reviewed by SquareYards, the transaction was registered in August 2025.As per the documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), the apartment sold by the actor is located in Lokhandwala Minerva. It has a carpet area of 1,247 sq.ft. (116 sq.m.) and built-up area of 139.07 sq. m. (~1,497 sq. ft.). The deal also includes two car parking spaces. The transaction includes a stamp duty amount of Rs. 48.60 lakh and registration payment of Rs. 30,000. The analysed documents also suggested that he bought the apartment in 2012 for Rs. 5.16 crore, so now, after 13 years, he earned a profit of Rs. 2.94 crore.Square Yards’ analysis of IGR property registration documents suggests that Sood bought the property in 2012 for Rs. 5.16 crore, the documents showed. The area of Mahalaxmi is well-established in South Mumbai, and is known for its residential, commercial, and cultural landmarks.
