Hi fellow Namibians I recently lost my grade 12 certificate and I recently went to apply for a duplicate this is the procedure: Here's the process I followed 1. I made a police declaration that I lost my grade 12 certificate 2. I went to the Directotrate of National Examinations and Assessment in windhoek if your not in windhoek you can do it at your regional Directorate of Education. In windhoek the DNEA is in luther street same as nampower head office.
