Living Spaces 2026, The Hindu Group's two-day annual realty expo, which concluded on Sunday here, saw an overwhelming response, marking a footfall of over 1,500 potential home buyers.According to realty firms that participated in the expo, this edition of Living Spaces attracted a large number of customers who are keen to make quick and sizeable investments as home prices are currently on the rise. Some developers also reported home sales at the expo."Most visitors were looking for premium to luxury homes, and were not just casually checking out what's available," said a spokesperson from one of the realty firms.Living Spaces 2026 brought together leading real estate developers, investors, banks, financial institutions, turnkey builders, and construction material providers to offer prospective home buyers a holistic connection to all ecosystem players. The expo featured a wide range of offerings, including apartments, plots, villas, farmland, and housing loan facilities from various banks, including IDBI. The expo was presented by Vaishnavi Group and jointly powered by Bangalore Development Authority and ORCHIDS The International School.The expo was also held in association with DS Max and SBR Group.
