A local university runs a similar clinic multiple times a year. If you need something more extensive like extractions, crowns or dentures, they refer you to the dental college (which is part of said university) for low/no cost treatment. We had a neighbor whose son needed his baby teeth capped. His son was adopted and dental care wasn't available/affordable from where he was born (international). His dentist referred him to the college. Got them all capped at a fraction of the cost. Kid is in his late 20s, never had a cavity.
