Ajit Jain, vice-chairman of insurance operations at Berkshire Hathaway and a close aide of Warren Buffett, has purchased a 7,400 sq ft apartment at DLF’s ultra-luxury project The Camellias in Gurugram for around ₹85 crore. Industry sources say NRIs account for over 25% of DLF’s ultra-luxury sales, with premium amenities and gated living driving demand among ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
