Bitcoin previously traded within a clear consolidation range near the highs, where price moved sideways as buyers and sellers reached temporary balance. This range eventually resolved to the downside, triggering a strong bearish impulse that marked a clear shift in market control from buyers to sellers. Following the breakdown, price respected a descending resistance line, forming a well-defined bearish structure with consistent lower highs and lower lows. Each corrective rally into resistance was met with renewed selling pressure, confirming that sellers remained firmly in control of the broader move. At the moment, BTC is trading just above the Buyer Zone while compressing between local support and overhead resistance. The recent bounce appears corrective, as price remains capped below the Seller Zone and the descending resistance structure. However, as long as the Buyer Zone continues to hold, downside follow-through remains limited, and the market may attempt a deeper retracement toward overhead liquidity. My primary scenario favors a corrective upside move while BTC holds above the 62,000–63,300 Buyer Zone. If buyers continue to defend this area, price could push higher toward the 65,000 resistance level (TP1), which aligns with the Seller Zone and the lower boundary of previous breakdown structure. This area represents a logical upside target and a potential reaction zone for sellers. A clear rejection from resistance would keep the broader bearish structure intact and could lead to another leg lower. On the other hand, a clean breakout and sustained acceptance above the Seller Zone would weaken the bearish bias and suggest a broader structural recovery.
