President Isaac Herzog said at the state memorial ceremony for Israel’s fallen soldiers whose burial places are unknown that efforts must continue with full force to bring Ron Arad and Yehuda Katz to burial in Israel.“This is the supreme covenant between a state and its soldiers, which we must uphold even after decades," Herzog said. He added, “This year, we also succeeded in bringing back Hadar Goldin after 11 painful years, and for all of us, another long and painful circle has been closed."
