The Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned Israelis currently in Mexico to "exercise caution" in light of the unrest in the country that erupted following the killing of a drug lord.The statement read, "Until further notice, it is not recommended to approach the areas around the airports in Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta, unless it is for essential travel coordinated with the airline and local authorities. Additionally, non-essential travel within Jalisco state should be avoided."
