Yeah, this is just so incredibly sad. It's not being a choosing begger to require basic health care. He's obviously got the wrong information for whatever reason and is lashing out in anger, but I can have sympathy with the fucking atrocious situation of health care in his country. This person needs help, he's obviously desperate. This is a bad post.
