NIFTY50....What a "buying climax" indicates!Nifty 50 IndexNSE_DLY:NIFTYruebennaseHello Traders, the NIFTY50 ended the week @ 2557; a minimum gain of ~0.39%! I have identified a „Fair-value-gap“ ranging from 25870 to 25719! This was exectly the range were N50 advanced with a gap-up on Thursday and collaps for the reminder of the day. The candle to observe (on Thursday, 19th) indicates a „buying climax“. This often leads to more selling preasure for the coming week. A „buying-climax“ is given, when an Index or stock opens the day in positive territory but give up all the gains and close lower that day! For Monday`s session, the bearish case will show declining price for N50, probably in „crash-scenario“! While a collabsing market is not to foresact, everthing could be possible. The bulls need an advance above Thursday`s candle @ 25870 and move on to the possible wave b high. From here, the maximum advance seems limited to me, while the next „order-blog“ is waiting for the index! In many cases market accept this order-blogs and declined for a while! An „failed“ order-block is a „breaker-blog“! While I am not familiar with options, I recommend sideline for the coming week.
