Samsung has released a new One UI 8 Watch beta update for the Galaxy Watch 7. This could be the final beta update before the company rolls out the stable Wear OS 6-based update to compatible Galaxy Watches. But what is new with the new beta update? It comes with firmware version L310XXU1ZYI2 and has a download size of around 180MB. It includes the September 2025 security patch as well to make the smartwatch more secure against software loopholes.The official changelog mentions that the update brings major improvements to workout tracking, such as running and swimming. This is a continuation to health and fitness tracking Samsung introduced with the third beta update last week. You can see the changelog in the screenshot below.
