It's still a heck of a lot cheaper than buying new Jarah flooring or even reclaimed stuff from the demo yard. If it's on joists (not glued down on concrete) and the purchaser has the tools and skills to remove it and tidy it up, it could be a *really* good buy. I've regularly bought items that had to be removed ourselves that ended up saving us significant amounts of $$$ in the long run, even accounting for our time. Last time it started as a kitchen from a property that was being demo'd, which then expanded into the kitchen plus an extra $50 for most of the electrical fittings, a heap of railway sleepers, laundry and bathroom fittings and a clothesline. Three days of work and NZ $550 for stuff that could easily have cost ten times that to buy already removed. The only reason we didn't take most of the windows too was because we just didn't have the time to get them out before the bulldozer arrived. If you know the market and you're willing to put the work in, there's some great bargains to be had :-)
