The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) secured its first 'Silver Notice' from Interpol against Pawan Thakur, a Dubai-based Indian drug trafficker. Thakur is wanted in connection with the seizure of 82 kgs of cocaine in Delhi last November. He is accused of masterminding the import, export, and trafficking of the seized cocaine and operating a hawala network for money laundering.
