MIDC is redeveloping over 338 acres of slum areas in the Thane-Belapur industrial belt. This project aims to rehabilitate slum dwellers and develop modern infrastructure. The initiative will be executed in three packages by different agencies. This move is expected to improve land use and attract more industrial investments to the region.
