The below are my thoughts - not exactly super convenient but seems feasible. Wondering if it makes sense for those who may have been victims in the past or with experience being targeted. Uninstalling banking apps / spare phone without any financial apps (only concern would be it agitates assailants) Intentionally carrying cash - given 1, handing this over so robbers have some payoff Setting limits on credit/debit cards - to prevent ATM theft. Without access to apps, it's difficult to change limits (known to happen) - unless criminals go via website.
