I used to look after 3 kids when I was around 15. Sometimes their 4 cousins would be added.(No Extra pay though). When I got left with the 7 kids, plus 4 step siblings overnight, I ended up having to phone my mum in hysterics for help. One of the toddlers had smashed a glass video unit and cut themselves, 4 of the older kids disappeared for hours and there was mayhem. I never went back.
