The main raison for this market behaviour, is that either there buyers who are willing to buy higher or there are no sellers who are willing to push the price lower. In either case, This is a bullish signal for DXY. Going to 4H price action, we can see that the OTZ of the candle before the last week, worked perfectly and the price mananed to break the bullish flag. This is another bullish signal.
