You are talking about two of my kids. We foster/adopted siblings. My daughter; she struggles with bpd, ptsd, and some really funky genetics where she has been diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease. Her brother? I have no idea he took off around 18 after multiple issues, he went back to a couple of pos druggy’s. They were just 2 of freaking 8 kids this woman had and left. As of right now; I think there are only 6 kids left alive. There was so much bad going back GENERATIONS…I broke, my daughter broke, it was hard work, but she’s now healthier and happier. My husband and I are still married-30 years…but we had some struggles. We also had two biological children before we adopted.
