The exact spot you need to visit is the west end of the throne room, which is situated near the north end of this location, right behind the courtyard where you can usually find the Ice King. There's only one station you can use for this quest, so you're specifically seeking a grey machine with a blue screen. The entire Frigid Fortress area is quite grey, so it blends in with the environment rather well. Once you're in the general vicinity of the right spot, this machine will be marked with a white diamond exclamation point icon, which makes pinpointing its precise location a lot easier.
