Manhattan midday shooting victim and suspect investigation continues after an off-duty security guard was shot near Madison Avenue and East 28th Street close to Madison Square Park. Police believe the victim knew the suspect and were seen speaking before gunfire. The victim is stable in hospital while the suspect remains at large and a public tip request is active.
