A little backstory and context.. I've bought a Redmi Note 11E with a Chinese HyperOS (22041219C). Little did I not know was bypassed (couldn't log in to Mi Account) before I convert it to a Global HyperOS (22041219G/Redmi 10 5G) and instantly got "Device Locked" upon connecting to WiFi.
