where municipal and regional authorities are increasingly aligning skills and qualification requirements with international benchmarks.The new two-year programme aims to develop management-oriented finance specialists with an emphasis on strategic thinking and value creation.The training content spans strategic financial management, finance digital transformation and the practical use of
