The first-phase scanning of voting machines stored at the Chathamangalam warehouse for the Assembly elections has been completed. The machines, which were kept in the strong room after the first-level checking, were scanned constituency-wise.Respective officials in each constituency received the machines and completed the scanning procedures.After the two-day scanning process is completed, the sorted machines will be handed over to the returning officers of the respective constituencies on March 25 and shifted to warehouses arranged in each constituency.Published - March 23, 2026 08:10 pm IST
