Walt Disney World Resort has filed six construction permits for one of its iconic Value Resort hotels: Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. The permits expire in one year, on March 20, 2027.The six identical Notice of Commencement documents were filed by Walt Disney World Resort’s Facility Asset Management group, which typically handles maintenance projects at the Central Florida Disney parks, hotels, and Disney Springs.
