I kept failing at pomodoro because no timer addressed the actual ADHD problems: I'd start without knowing what I was doing, get distracted and lose the thought, and never remember what happened in the session. So I built something for myself that forces me to commit to one task, plan the blocks, and dump distracting thoughts mid-session instead of following them.
